provider you need. Our professional team of a board-certified physician and assistants are equipped to handle a comprehensive range of urgent and chronic medical

conditions and injuries, routine illnesses, and general medical services.

Our physician has a vast experience in treating Urgent medical conditions including

urgent medical illnesses like cough and cold and other respiratory illnesses, urinary

tract infections, sexually transmitted diseases, repair of lacerations, drainage of

abscesses, gynecological infections, skin infections amongst others. We also

provide basic wound care and minor orthopedic treatments.

Dr. Pirzada is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Besides treating some of the

common medical disorders (like Diabetes, Hypertension (high blood pressure),

High cholesterol, Asthma, COPD, Skin disorders, Arthritis and other Arthritic

disorders). We have tools to provide evaluation for some of the basic acute

cardiac illnesses. These include EKG, Holter monitor, 24 hour Ambulatory Blood

Pressure monitoring and Echocardiogram (coming soon). We also provide

laboratory services including basic testing as well as advanced studies through

Health Diagnostic Laboratory Inc.

Preventive Medicine

Being a Board Certified Sleep Medicine Specialist, he also treats all aspects of

sleep disorders including Insomnia, Excessive daytime sleepiness, Obstructive

Sleep Apneas, Restless legs Syndrome, Shift work disorder etc. If required we

can refer you to a Sleep Center for overnight PSG (Sleep study). We now offer a

home sleep monitoring device for screening of Obstructive Sleep Apnea. We can

also work with your DME company to provide Apnea devices as required.

Our center focuses on the preventive aspects of illnesses and we offer extensive

services for screening including vaccinations, physicals (including DOT and school

physicals) and laboratory testing.

Medical Weight Loss

As our body weight increases so does the incidence of comorbid conditions like

Diabetes, hypertension, High cholesterol, Sleep Apnea etc. We fully realize this

fact and focus on the root cause; "OBESITY. At the Center for Primary Care and

Prevention, we realize and emphasize the importance of healthy weight with

exercise. However when these measures fail, we offer weight loss using FDA

approved medications and treatments as well as natural vitamins under medical

guidance. Together we can not only help you lose weight now, but maintain it.

Physicals

We provide routine annual physicals including School physicals, DOT and company

physicals, Wellness exams, Screening tests, Screening basic and advanced blood

work.

Vaccinations

We offer a number of vaccinations for adults and adolescents. These vaccines

include: Influenza, Pneumonia, Tetanus, Pertussis etc.

We offer travel advice travel and CDC recommendations. These include

vacinations for Typhoid, Hepatitis, Yellow Fever and Japanese Encephalitis (both

available on prior request), and prescriptions for Malaria prevention, TB screening

skin and blood test.
