Introduction

Center for Primary Care and Prevention provides diagnosis and treatment of a

wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. We offer a range of

diagnostic services including basic and advanced blood work, EKG, ambulatory

blood pressure monitoring, Holter monitor, Allergy testing, Home Sleep Studies,

Echocardiogram, Excersice Stress Testing and Pulmonary Function Testing.. We

have a vast experience in Medical weight loss and are proud to offer this to our

patients.

We have several additional services planned for our office in the near future

including bone density, Carotid Intimal Medial thickness measurement, biologically

identical hormone replacement therapy, natural vitamins, aortogram, Critical care

assesment and many more. We accept most commercial insurances including

Blue Cross, United, Cigna, Aetna, Humana, MHN, Healthsmart etc. We also

accept Self-Pay patients.

The Doctor

Dr. Faisal A. Pirzada is Board Certified in

Internal Medicine by the American Board

of Internal Medicine (ABIM). He is a

Certified Hypertension Specialist by

the American Society of Hypertension

(ASH). He also has Board Certification in

Sleep Medicine by the ABIM. He has

been practicing medicine for over 14 years

and has a vast experience in all aspects of

Internal Medicine.
