Rachelle Swearingen

Rachelle is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington. She brings 14 years of experience to her practice, having served as a Registered Nurse in both intensive care and cardiovascular units, as well as in leadership roles as a director of nursing.
She completed her Family Practicum in Houston, Texas, training in various family medicine clinics, as well as with Texas Children’s
Pediatrics, where she gained valuable experience caring for patients across the lifespan. Rachelle is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and helping individuals and families achieve optimal health and wellness. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children on the beach.
